Har Gow: Steamed shrimp dumplings with a delicate wrapper. These steamed shrimp dumplings are a dim sum delight, encased in a translucent wrapper that’s both tender and tantalizing.

Vegetable Siu Mai: Open-topped steamed dumplings with a savoury mix of vegetables.

Char Siu Bao: These fluffy, steamed buns are filled with succulent barbecued Finnish pork, marinated in a blend of traditional spices and slow-roasted to perfection. The sweet and savoury filling is encased in a soft, cotton-like dough.

Korean Galbi: Korean BBQ marinated beef short ribs. The ribs are marinated in a sweet & savoury sauce made with soy sauce, garlic, sugar, and fruit purees made of local pears & apples, to tenderize the meat. For Japanese touch, dip the grilled meat in a special yakiniku sauce.
